Provider Data Operations Researcher

As a Provider Data Operations Researcher, your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze healthcare provider data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. By maintaining provider records, supporting data-driven decisions, and ensuring regulatory standards are met, you will play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare experience for millions of patients. Key Responsibilities: - Use the internet and in-house tools to collect information on medical professionals and institutions, including names, addresses, contact information, affiliations, board certifications, and awards and recognitions. - Receive training on in-house tools, Zocdoc products, and process workflows to enhance knowledge and understanding. - Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy metrics. - Verify data quality and conduct structured or unstructured research using available search tools. - Collaborate with AI models to accelerate research and improve data integrity. - Communicate effectively with team members and promptly address any workflow impediments. - Stay updated on the latest guidelines and policies affecting work processes. - Participate in projects aimed at enhancing data integrity and AI model training through feedback loops and automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation. - 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting. - Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research and data validation. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Customer service orientation and ability to interact with client-facing teams. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing processes. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
