Ensure team efficiency, motivation, and hygiene standards. Cost & Inventory Control Manage kitchen budget, food cost, and wastage. Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination. Quality Assurance Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and portion control in line with restaurant policies. Customer Satisfaction Collaborate with front-of-house team for special orders, guest preferences, and feedback implementation.
