Key Responsibilities: Supplier selection, performance monitoring & upgradation for Hydraulic components (Pumps, Motors, Filters, Valves, etc.) Managing global supplier relationships with a focus on cost, quality & delivery Zero-Based Costing, LPP benchmarking, price negotiation & norm setting Localization & development of proprietary hydraulic parts Understanding of complete development cycle, lead times, forex & commodity pricing impact Project management exposure is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Hydraulic components & global supplier base Import planning & procedures SAP MM module proficiency Strong negotiation & communication skills Interested?
