Proposal Manager

As a Proposal/BOQ Maker, your main responsibility will be to take the brief from the sales design team and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in alignment with the provided brief, layout, and concept. This involves accurately translating project requirements from the interior design/sales team into comprehensive BOQs for interior fit-out projects. In addition to this, you will also be tasked with searching for new suppliers and materials that offer better quality and pricing, ensuring that the projects are cost-effective and of high quality. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
