Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. BOQ & Proposal Preparation:

• Prepare

  Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  and layout estimations based on project requirements and tender documents.
• Review and interpret

  P&IDs, technical drawings, and specifications

  .

2. Costing & Offer Preparation:

• Develop

  techno-commercial proposals

  with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Prepare

  cost sheets

  including equipment, materials, manpower, and contingency costs.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for pricing inputs.
  

3. Spare Parts & O&M Offers:

• Prepare

  spares proposals

  for both project and

  Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

  phases.
• Provide support to the operations team for post-sale technical documentation.
  

4. Client & Internal Coordination:

• Interface with clients, consultants, and sales teams to understand requirements.
  
• Handle

  technical queries, pre-bid meetings

  , and site assessments.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

• Draft technical datasheets, compliance statements, and other bid-related documentation.
  
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and internal processes.
