Job Title: Property Tax Specialist (US Mortgage)
* Shift: US / Night Shift
* Experience: 1 to 4+ Years
* Notice Period: 015 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
* CTC: Based on experience
Job Description:
* Review and process property tax bills related to mortgage accounts.
* Ensure timely payment of property taxes through escrow accounts.
* Verify tax amounts, due dates, and payment status with tax authorities.
* Maintain accurate records of property tax payments and escrow balances.
* Communicate with borrowers, tax offices, and internal teams regarding tax issues.
Assist in resolving discrepancies, delinquencies, or tax-related inquiries.
Skills & Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of property taxes and mortgage escrow.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work with deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
