US Mortgage -Title Insurance Designation / Role: Associate /Senior Associate - Voice Process Key Roles and Responsibilities: The role of a Mortgage process associate is to support Escrow Production Services by assisting the team in the following functions: Requesting the payoff statements from the lenders in the U.S. mortgage industry via email, fax, and websites, and by speaking with lender representative over the phone. Placing requests for utility orders with US based utility companies via email, fax, and websites and by speaking to the representatives over the phone. Tracking payoff orders by speaking with live agents of U.S.- based lenders. Ensuring that the correct ordering method is followed for each payoff and utility request and maintaining quality throughout the process. Required Candidate Profile: Preferred - Candidates with prior experience of minimum 1-2 years in international voice process. Ability to speak fluently and converse professionally in English with U.S.- based representatives. Actively listens and responds to representatives in a clear and professional manner. Candidates should be able to question, interpret and clarify information effectively. Ability to multitask, demonstrate a willingness to learn process, and adapt quickly to the dynamic environment of the U.S. mortgage industry. Candidates should be inclined towards customer service and acustomer-centricc approach. Willing to work in US rotational shifts.
