The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the real estate market specially for high value properties, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.*Schedule site visits for prospective clients.*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.*Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.*Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation.*Ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
*Proven track record in real estate or property sales.(Minimum 2 yrs)*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.*Must have knowledge to use MS Office
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s in any field*Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.*Fluency in Hindi and English.
Compensation & Benefits
*Competitive base salary + commission/incentives.*Allowances for travel/communication.(if any)
