Property Manager - Self-Storage

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a successful self-storage facility while demonstrating your exceptional people skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, assessing storage needs, creating plans to meet budget goals, managing web pricing and discounts, maintaining the property to high standards, managing vendors and projects, overseeing the auction process, assisting customers with leasing units, handling cash drawer and petty cash, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership. To excel in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as well as previous experience in retail sales, cash management, and customer service. You should be able to work independently towards team and company objectives, be willing to work weekends and holidays, and have basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products.
