Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily household operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen services.
  • Supervise domestic staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, etc.) and ensure duties are carried out efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies, groceries, and consumables; coordinate procurement and restocking as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms and common areas.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and service providers for plumbing, electrical, and other utilities.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to household operations.
  • Plan and organize guest stays, events, or gatherings when required.
  • Ensure security and safety protocols are followed within the premises.
  • Handle vendor coordination for laundry, pest control, catering, and other services.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor contacts.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
