Property Maintenance Incharge

a. Manage maintenance and repairs to public all residential units.

b. Conduct inspections of housing units for needed services and repairs and Coordinate emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings as and when required.

c. Maintain fire protection systems and equipment, Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance;

i. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems,

ii. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of all existing equipment at site;

iii. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of building interiors and exteriors;

iv. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring and roofing;

v. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to appliances such as cctv cameras, STP, OWC etc;

d. Supervise maintenance staff in order to ensure a positive and healthy work environment Main Activities Evaluate, train and develop staff.

e. Assign tasks and ensure schedules are maintained and maintain .

f. Adjust tasks to meet staff capabilities, supervise staff and delegate responsibilities.

g. Take corrective action when required.

h. Maintain the general administration of the maintenance program and Main Activities .

i. Assist with preparation of Maintenance and Improvement Plans.

j. Establish preventative maintenance schedules.

k. Keep a daily log of all equipment and maintenance checks and records with respect to keys and other utilities at site, housekeeping equipment list, lift maintenance (AMC) and service details, Security, House keeping work details of Flats anmnd shops, FGS maintenance records, Dustbin issue statement etc.

l. Prepare activity reports and work order.

m. Ensure records are maintained of all maintenance records at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
