About the Role

Swarn Group is expanding its India operations and is hiring Finder & Development Associates to help identify land, property, and development opportunities across India.
This is a flexible, remote role that focuses on discovering new sites, gathering information, and helping our team evaluate potential development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify land or property owners who are interested in selling
• Find development opportunities (plots, redevelopment, joint ventures)
• Conduct basic on-ground research (location, size, ownership details)
• Collect and submit property information to Swarn Group
• Maintain communication with property owners and our team
• No negotiation or paperwork required — Swarn Group handles all legal work
