Prompt Engineer

In this role at Techvantage.ai, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-quality prompts for generative AI systems, including chatbots, assistants, and intelligent agents. Your main focus will be on creating conversational experiences that drive intelligent, context-aware behavior in AI applications. Collaboration with AI/ML engineers, UX designers, and product teams will be crucial to build seamless, human-like experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, craft, and iterate high-performing prompts for generative AI systems - Collaborate across teams to create human-like experiences powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) - Evaluate and optimize prompts using model output analysis, human feedback, and automated testing - Apply prompt engineering techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought reasoning, function calling, and tool integration - Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and best practices documentation - Monitor LLM performance, identify weaknesses, and fine-tune prompt logic for specific use cases - Stay updated with the latest advancements in prompting, LLM tuning, and AI safety practices Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of professional experience in prompt engineering, NLP, conversational AI, or a related field - Strong working knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and prompt tuning techniques - Proven experience in designing and optimizing prompts for real-world applications - Excellent analytical thinking and language structuring skills - Proficiency with Python, API integrations, and tools for working with generative AI models - Experience in cross-functional teams on AI-driven product development - Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications Techvantage.ai offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects at the forefront of AI innovation in a collaborative and intellectually curious environment.
