As an Entertainment Platform specialized in regional cultures, you will be responsible for creating engaging Rajasthani content for various marketing campaigns, promotional ads, and OTT platform branding. This includes developing scripts for promotional videos, teasers, trailers, and event campaigns. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting compelling taglines, captions, and copy for digital and social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute ad campaigns - Ensuring that all content aligns with the brand tone, culture, and values of the Rajasthani-speaking audience - Writing high-quality scripts for Rajasthani shows, folk song programs, and celebrity campaigns - Adapting and localizing content to resonate emotionally with the target audience - Editing and proofreading all content to ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and error-free Rajasthani language and grammar - Staying updated on Rajasthani folk culture, trending topics, and audience preferences - Researching and incorporating folk traditions, festivals, and cultural nuances into content In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or scripting within the Rajasthani media industry - Demonstrated ability to create promotional campaigns and high-quality scripts in Rajasthani - Excellent command of the Rajasthani language (written and verbal) - Creative and strategic thinking to develop culturally relevant and engaging content - Proficiency in conceptualizing ad campaigns and promotional material for digital and traditional platforms - Strong understanding of Rajasthani culture, traditions, and audience behavior - Familiarity with OTT platforms, media trends, and folk genres within the Rajasthani region - A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Literature, or a related field is preferred - A portfolio showcasing past work in Rajasthani media, ad campaigns, or scripts About the Company: Started in 2019, STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures that produces premium quality content in Indian languages.
