Position : Promo Producer ( English Entertainment Channels)

Promo Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Ideation & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative concepts for movie promos, channel IDs, themed properties, and special campaigns.
• Interpret briefs from the marketing and programming teams to deliver compelling promotional content.

• Promo Production & Execution

• Write engaging scripts, voice-overs, and super text for promos and campaigns.
• Oversee the edit process: select footage, supervise offline/online editing, graphics, sound design, and final mix.
• Ensure all promos align with the brand tonality and channel identity.

• Campaign & Project Management

• Manage end-to-end production of promos, from ideation to delivery, within deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, programming, design, digital, operations) and external vendors (production houses, voice-over artists, music composers).
• Maintain consistency of creative output across platforms (on-air, digital, social).

• Quality Control

• Ensure the highest standards of creativity, storytelling, and technical execution.

• Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with global entertainment marketing trends, creative storytelling techniques, and new editing/graphics tools.
• Experiment with fresh promo formats, campaign ideas, and audience engagement techniques.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of

  creative writing and storytelling

  (English proficiency is a must).
• Familiarity with motion graphics/After Effects workflows.
• Strong understanding of

  Hollywood movies and different genres.

• Excellent visual sense and ability to work with graphics, sound, and music for impactful storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong team player with qualities to drive projects independently.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Media, Film, or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in promo production, preferably in English Movie Channel.
• A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating past promo work.
