Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Prometric Exam Trainer to train nursing professionals preparing for international Prometric licensing examinations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant training experience with a proven record of student success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive Prometric exam training for nurses
Cover core nursing subjects, clinical concepts, and exam-oriented strategies
Develop structured lesson plans tailored to student needs
Conduct mock tests, practice exams, and focused revision sessions
Assess student performance and provide detailed feedback
Stay updated with Prometric exam patterns, syllabus, and guidelines
Create a supportive and result-oriented learning environment
Use effective teaching methodologies and digital learning tools
Qualifications & Requirements
Certified Prometric Exam Trainer
2–5 years of experience in Prometric exam preparation
Proven student success and high pass rates
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners
