Projects Techno/Functional Analyst

As an Oracle Primavera Techno functional expert, you are expected to possess expertise in both technical and functional domains to effectively implement, configure, and manage Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier solutions, including Project Accounting. Your role as the ideal candidate involves bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities to ensure successful project execution and system optimization. Your responsibilities in this role include: - Collaborating with customers to gather and analyze business requirements. - Defining project workflows, cost controls, and reporting requirements. - Mapping business processes to Primavera P6 and Unifier functionalities. - Aligning global vs. local processes and recommending proven methodologies. - Configuring Oracle Primavera P6 schedules, resource assignments, Oracle Project Accounting schedules, resource assignments, and baselines. - Setting up Unifier modules, including cost sheets, workflows, project templates, and dashboards. - Providing training and support to end-users on Primavera and Project Accounting tools. - Developing and managing integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP) and other tools using APIs or middleware. - Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance reliability and scalability. - Creating detailed documentation for system configurations, integrations, and customizations. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a high level of initiative, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication and collaborator management skills. Additionally, expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier, Oracle Project Accounting, project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, system customization, integration, and performance tuning is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field and good interpersonal skills in English, both spoken and written.
