Job Description

Experience: 1–3 years (Site/Project Supervision)

Job Location: Koraput & Bhawanipatna, Odisha (posting may change as per project requirements)

Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month + Fooding Allowance: ₹3,000/month + Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000/month
Total CTC: ₹20,000/month (after PF & ESIC deductions)
Note: No accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project activities at the site
Manage workforce and ensure work quality as per project standards
Coordinate with the project manager and site engineers
Monitor material usage and ensure timely reporting
Ensure safety and compliance at the project site

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site/project supervision (preferably construction/infrastructure)
Ability to handle workforce and site activities independently
Willingness to relocate within Odisha as per project needs
Good communication and reporting skills
