AgroDome Projects LLP is looking for Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, defining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements Supervision and Coordination: Directly overseeing the work of project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities Resource Management: Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or stakeholder expectations Communication: Acting as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing updates, and addressing concerns or queries Qualifications and Skills:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline) Previous experience in project coordination, supervision, or related roles Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Key Attributes:Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey project updates clearly Decision-Making: Capacity to make informed decisions promptly and solve problems that arise during the project lifecycle Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and adhere to project deadlines
