Project Specialist (Collection Team)

As a Project Specialist in the Billing Collection Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing for assigned accounts - Coordinating with internal teams (KLBCoE, Divisions, AR Team) and external stakeholders (Clients) to streamline operations - Monitoring and managing unbilled amounts for all RP Client Major Accounts - Efficiently resolving and closing internal and external queries related to billing and collections To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or Accounting. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, billing, or project coordination is necessary.
