Job Description

0R1ole & responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project status. Resolve technical and site-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to work. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Assist in material procurement and inventory management. Work closely with the project manager to track project costs and control expenses. Supervise site engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow. Preferred candidate profile Experience with high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
