Project & Performance Analyst

Role Overview: As a performance analyst, your main responsibility will be to undertake business data analysis, data interpretation, and modelling to provide actionable insights that drive business performance. You will specifically focus on analysing overall CF activities and preparing reports for the management team. Your role will involve monitoring 3rd party invoices, activating the shipment cost module in SAP, analysing supply chain activities, and serving as the point of contact for the Finance team. Additionally, you will follow up on budget volumes, prepare and track KPIs for Supply Chain activities, ensure accurate invoicing of damaged products to 3rd party contractors, and handle various other tasks related to supply chain and financial inputs. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor 3rd party invoices and ensure accuracy - Activate shipment cost module in SAP - Analyse supply chain activities and prepare reports - Serve as the point of contact for the Finance team - Follow up on budget volumes and track KPIs for Supply Chain activities - Ensure accurate invoicing of damaged products to 3rd party contractors - Update OMS & QDMS and track demurrage costs - Analyse costs by purchasing source and enforce 3PL contract deadlines - Prepare performance pack for CSCM and own communication for all 3PLs - Handle pallet returns and attend Supplier Performance calls - Provide financial inputs as needed Qualifications Required: - Educated to Degree level in Finance and Accounting - Preferably ICWA certified - 3-5 years of logistics management or supply chain experience - SAP experience mandatory - Strong analytical skills required Additional Details: At bp, we foster an inclusive environment where everyone is respected and treated fairly.
