Project Operations Lead

The position is with the Communication BU and you would be responsible for supporting business operations and sales analysis. Your role will involve sales business intelligence, reporting, and analytics skills. The team provides visibility into the BU's sales pipeline by integrating information from sales, customer, and financial sources for a comprehensive sales performance overview. Supporting Sales and Delivery operations, you will manage numbers such as revenue, OB, Invoicing, Billing, COD, etc. You should have a strong understanding and knowledge of statistics to apply statistical tools for predictive analytics. Designing, executing, and managing Sales Analytics and Reporting for large enterprises to provide sales insights will be a key responsibility. You will need to provide actionable insights from a vast volume of data (Both Structured and Unstructured) using Data Mining and Data Cleansing techniques. Analyzing results, setting up reports, designing dashboards with relevant KPIs and measures will facilitate senior management and the sales force in decision-making. Your role will involve business analysis, decision support, and working within various reporting systems to enhance sales execution. Communication of relevant recommendations to key leadership stakeholders - Sales/Presales/Leadership through analytics, while addressing real business problems/issues/challenges, is essential.,
