This full-time on-site role is for a Project Officer M&E based in Panchkula. The Project Officer M&E will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and evaluating project initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring project objectives are successfully met. Collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and partners is also essential to enhance project outcomes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Data Handling & Management: - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to track project performance. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security while managing large datasets. - Develop and maintain structured databases for efficient M&E operations. Monitoring & Reporting: - Design and implement M&E frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program progress and impact. - Conduct surveys, field assessments, and qualitative research to evaluate project effectiveness. Dashboard & Data Visualization: - Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI. - Develop real-time data visualization tools for management and stakeholders. - Ensure reports are user-friendly and accessible for informed decision-making. Process Improvement & Learning: - Identify trends and insights from data to enhance program strategy. - Collaborate closely with program teams to integrate data-driven approaches. - Conduct capacity-building sessions on data literacy and M&E best practices. Qualifications: - Experience in Planned Giving and Philanthropy. - Knowledge in Annual Giving and Fundraising. - Expertise in Stewardship and donor relationships. - Strong analytical and data collection skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects. - Relevant experience in the non-profit sector preferred. - Bachelor's degree in a related field.,
