- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and issue resolution.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.

- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, aligning with client expectations.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in IT, with proven track record of delivering complex projects.

- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
