Project Manager/Coordinator (AudioVideo)

Project manager is a professional who organizes, plans, and executes projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Project managers are in charge of leading teams, defining goals, 

communicating with stakeholders, and seeing a project through to its closure.

• Conduct techno-commercial evaluation of project proposals to assess overall feasibility of the project. 
• Planning and implementations of several projects and provide managerial inputs across wide range of project activities to ensure cost effective work execution.
• Coordinating with Government officials, and securing mandatory approvals required for project implementation.
• Define project scope, draw cost estimates, finalize technical parameters, mobilize and manage manpower, machines and materials resources to accomplish project within agreed cost/timelines.
• Engage qualified and experienced subcontractors on most competitive techno-commercial terms.
• Maintain perfect coordination with Consultants, Vendor, Subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure bottleneck free work accomplishment.
• Periodically held meetings with all interest groups for tracking project progress & cost.
• Maintain Project Accounts, stores & purchase control records & liaising with the top management regarding Cost control & reduction with effective process in project execution.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities, Bill of Material.
• Ensuring regular compliance of all obligations as per Project requirement.
• Formulating project budgets, maintaining project margins.
• Preparing performance-oriented budgets & using them as a 
• monitoring tool for project execution.
• Experience in timely closing of Govt. projects.

Expertise in project planning, designing, scheduling and managing manpower, machines, AV equipments, to ensure project delivery within defined cost and timelines.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in government projects (Museums, Sound & Light Shows). AV systems.

Qualification- B.TECH/BE-Electrical/ECE/Diploma.
