Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Project Manager (COD)

Act as the
primary point of contact for sponsors
, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction
Lead
project initiation, feasibility, and study planning
, including kick-off meetings
Ensure studies are executed
as per timelines, budget, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
Develop and manage
project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Coordinate and oversee
cross-functional clinical trial activities
Allocate, train, and supervise
CRA Managers / CRAs
, including monitoring quality and compliance
Support
site and investigator selection
, training, and ongoing site management
Track project progress through regular
team meetings, reports, and study tracking tools
Conduct co-monitoring visits and provide guidance to ensure
data quality and GCP compliance
Review site and vendor payments, manage forecasts, and ensure effective stakeholder communication
