Project Manager UI/UX

As the project manager for the UI/UX team at Centillion Tech, your role involves planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of the specific project you are assigned to. You will collaborate closely with upper management to ensure that the project stays on track in terms of scope and direction. Additionally, you will work with other departments for support. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include defining and designing technical solutions that meet clients" cost, schedule, technology, and functional requirements. You will need to provide scalable, extensible, implementable, measurable, and secure solutions. Working with the Lead Researcher and Lead Designer, you will support the team in developing and deploying solutions that align with client objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing a Standard Development Architecture and process for Centillion Tech. Furthermore, you will collaborate with individual technology leads to enhance the architecture by documenting, ensuring best practices are communicated, educating team members, providing frameworks or starter kits, and conducting internal trainings. You will be tasked with conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design challenges and conducting user research to gather and evaluate feedback. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards will also be part of your role. The required skills for this role include demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio, experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps, proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping. You should have excellent visual design skills, the ability to present and sell your designs to stakeholders, problem-solving skills, and be up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies. A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field is preferred, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, prototyping tools, and a good understanding of typography and layout. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant UI/UX experience and a proven track record in designing mobile and web applications. A degree in design from a reputed university or college, along with a clear understanding of front-end development fundamentals, is considered a plus for this role.,
