Project Manager

JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER – ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS

Experience: Mini. 2 Years Preferred

Salary: (Based on Experience & Interview)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage complete execution of acoustic projects from planning to final handover.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and installation activities.

Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.

Ensure installation is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Dispatch, and Installation teams.

Ensure timely availability of acoustic materials at project sites.

Monitor site measurements, material requirements, and installation quantities.

Handle project-related technical and execution issues.

Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.

Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and MIS.

Manage contractors, installers, and site manpower.

Ensure proper finishing, quality, and workmanship of acoustic installations.

Handle client queries, site meetings, approvals, and project updates.

Coordinate snag closure and final project handover.

Monitor project costs, material wastage, and manpower utilization.

ACOUSTIC PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Candidates with experience in acoustic/interior projects will be preferred, especially knowledge of:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related qualification.

Relevant experience in Project Management / Site Execution.

Experience in acoustic, interior fit-out, construction, or building products will be highly preferred.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune and nearby locations.
