Project Manager (Tender & Estimation) International Bidding Expert

As an International tender estimation expert in bridges, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of tenders for international projects. Your main focus will be to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with international standards in all your tender submissions. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, and formulating pricing strategies specifically tailored for large-scale bridge construction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure alignment on project objectives and successful tender submissions. Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders will be a key aspect of your job. You will be expected to ensure smooth communication and handle queries effectively during the bidding process to maintain strong partnerships. In addition, you will be required to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and risk assessments to optimize the competitiveness of your bids. You will also oversee contract negotiations, post-bid clarifications, and agreement finalization to secure successful project contracts. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in International Bidding and Tender Estimation, along with a B-Tech/M-Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
