Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects across various domains like FinTech, Fantasy Sports, Hospitality, and Marketplace. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, Blockchain, AI/ML, and Data Engineering to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Must Haves :

? Proven 5 + Years of experience in technical project management

? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)

? Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively

? Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

? Project Management Certification (PMP, PSM, CSM) preferred

• Responsibilities: Project Management:
• ? 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Software Industry.
• ? Lead projects using Agile methodologies for on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery.
• ? Manage resource allocation, develop project plans, and track progress.
• ? Implement change management and measure project performance.
• ? Conduct project kick-offs, define roles, and manage budgets.
• ? Lead multiple projects, handle tracking, and communicate progress effectively. ? Conduct reviews and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• ? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• ? Step in as a Scrum Master when necessary to facilitate communication, collaboration, and consensus building within the team.
