Hiring Now: Backend Project Manager - Financial Domain | Mumbai (Hybrid) Location: Mumbai Work Model: Hybrid (3-4 days in office) Shift: 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM (India Shift) Experience: 4 to 7 years Equipment: Company-provided laptop or desktop Notice Period: Immediate or up to 30 days (shorter preferred) Must-Have Skills: Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, macro tools) Power BI, VBA Programming Macros, Alteryx Good-to-Have Skills: DAX, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead medium-to-large strategic initiatives, track project plans, and manage status reports. Transition Management: Design and execute transition plans, refine procedures, and oversee training. Automation: Identify and drive process/report automation opportunities. Database Governance: Analyze, rationalize, and clean up existing databases. Testing & Frameworks: Develop UAT plans, execute tests, and design process control frameworks. Relationship Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, governance, and priorities, and provide strategic updates.
