Project Manager

To drive end-to-end execution of multi-location industrial projects (including high-tech, UHP, semiconductor, solar cell, chemical, and pharma facilities), ensuring delivery within target timelines, approved budgets, client specifications, and safety/quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Multi-Site Oversight

• Formulate baseline project master schedules using MS Project and perform ongoing progress tracking.
• Oversee and direct 810 Site In-charges across multi-city project locations.
• Conduct 6-month look-ahead resource planning for site manpower, machinery, PPE, and special execution equipment.
• Define and implement site SOPs and execution workflows to ensure operational consistency.

Financial & Sub-Contractor Management

• Prepare and monitor site execution budgets; track actual costs against baseline estimates.
• Select, onboard, and evaluate sub-contractors based on site scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Track site material consumption and ensure 100% on-time billing submission with full supporting documentation.

QEHS & Stakeholder Coordination

• Enforce site safety and quality protocols; conduct monthly audits, log Near-Miss events, and track CAPA closure.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving site-level bottlenecks and scope issues.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with SCM, Factory, Stores, HR, and Sales for seamless resource and material mobilization.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or allied engineering streams.
• 8 years of core industrial project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing
