Project Manager / Senior Architect

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for architecting and managing software development teams for US based projects. Your proven experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, analytics, ETL, and other similar technologies will be crucial for the success of the projects. Additionally, your hands-on expertise in object-oriented methodologies, .Net Framework, and enterprise software application development will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct teams in software development projects - Develop enterprise software applications - Define requirements, meet project timelines, manage change requests, and conduct impact analysis - Create high-level and low-level designs, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and adhere to best practices and coding standards - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, defect tracking, version control, and build & deployment activities - Utilize knowledge of ISO Quality processes and methodologies - Possess knowledge of statistics and exposure to a fast-paced iterative development environment Qualifications Required: - BE/ME/MCA/MSc in Computer Science - Experience in .NET Technologies - Working knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle - Functional knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Axapta etc.) - 10-15 years of experience in enterprise software application development in distributed computing environment - Proven experience in developing applications using Web Services, SOA, and Systems Programming - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Technology management and people management skills - Enthusiastic team player with honesty, integrity, and timeliness - Strong customer satisfaction orientation with a "whatever it takes" attitude - Knowledge of BPO, including contact centers,
