As a Project Manager / Scrum Master for SAP Datasphere in Noida, Sector 62, with 6+ years of experience, your role will involve managing BI/data integration projects and guiding teams to deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Scrum Master / Project Manager to guide and support a BI/Data Engineering team. - Overseeing project delivery, sprint planning, and milestone tracking. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models. - Ensuring smooth integration, transformation, and flow of data across systems. - Implementing best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization. - Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. - Utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. The qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence. - Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere (ODS knowledge optional). - Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager. - Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow and release management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, exposure to Qlik or other BI tools, experience with SAP HANA and SAP BW, and knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) would be considered advantageous.,
