Project Manager

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and production personnel, to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
