Project Manager

1. Franchise Development & Expansion

• Identify and evaluate potential franchise locations and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies.
• Identify, assess, and onboard suitable franchise partners.
• Coordinate franchise negotiations, agreements, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.

2. End-to-End Project Management

• Handle the complete franchise setup process, from planning to launch.
• Coordinate site selection, infrastructure, interiors, branding, and equipment installation.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
• Ensure timely opening of new franchise outlets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and franchise partners.

3. Franchise Operations Management

• Ensure franchise outlets follow company SOPs, brand guidelines, and operational standards.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure effective supply chain and product availability.
• Conduct regular franchise outlet visits and performance reviews.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures.

4. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive franchise network expansion and revenue growth.
• Work towards franchise acquisition and outlet-opening targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve franchise profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, customer experience, and brand visibility.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare regular MIS reports on franchise performance and project progress.
• Track project budgets, expenses, timelines, and deliverables.
• Report key business updates and challenges to management.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations teams.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alibag, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
