Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and execute PEB steel building, roofing, and sheeting projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, manpower management, material coordination, safety standards, and project timelines.

Candidates with hands-on experience in PEB structures, industrial steel buildings, metal roofing, and wall cladding will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute PEB steel building, roofing, and sheeting projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Supervise the installation of steel structures, roof sheeting, wall cladding, and associated components.
• Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and material availability at project sites.
• Review drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and installation details to ensure proper execution.
• Identify site-related issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare daily progress reports, project updates, and documentation for management and clients.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate snag rectification, final handover, and project closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in PEB, steel structures, industrial roofing, or sheeting projects.
• Strong understanding of PEB steel building construction and metal roofing systems.
• Experience in site supervision, project planning, manpower handling, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control, site safety, material planning, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with direct experience in PEB, steel building erection, roofing, and wall cladding projects.
• Experience managing multiple site activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently handle project execution and ensure timely completion.
