Project Manager (MEP)

The ideal candidate must possess over 10 years of project execution experience in the MEP field. You should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage projects across multiple locations with minimal escalations. Your responsibilities will include project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless vendor management. Your role will involve liaising with clients, contractors, other agencies, and internal teams to facilitate project progress. Providing technical support to the site team will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Proficiency in reading drawings, rough sketches, and plans, as well as conducting site surveys, material requisitions, site billing, and site handovers, is essential for this role. Knowledge of Basic AutoCAD is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
