As a Project Manager / Project Lead in Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation, your role involves driving the design, planning, and execution of industry-leading Data Center cabling projects in India. Your mission is to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion with a dedicated site team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end-to-end delivery of Data Center cabling projects, including design, specifications, integration meetings, technical query resolution, team planning, deployment, and execution ensuring adherence to global standards. - Strategically plan projects with meticulous resource allocation, forecasting, and procurement strategies aligned with project timelines for optimal efficiency. - Lead telecom cabling projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with clients, EPCMs, consultants, and other agencies to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency. - Manage financial aspects, job forecasting, and project monitoring, providing regular updates and reports to Project Heads and Directors. - Oversee Health & Safety processes, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Working Procedures, ensuring compliance during project execution. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven expertise in managing multiple Data Center cabling projects simultaneously. - Strong financial acumen and track record in project planning, monitoring, and control. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams. - Capability to meet tight deadlines, deliver projects on budget, and maintain high-quality standards. - In-depth knowledge of Data Center cabling standards and infrastructure, including structured cabling systems, fibre optics, and voice cabling. - Experience with IT infrastructure in Data Center core cabling, secure containment, and associated systems. - Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, PMCs, consultants, and team members. **Additional Details:** The primary markets for the company are Data Centers, Financial Institutions, Education, State & Local Govt with a new focus on 3 letter Federal Agencies, DOD, and civilian.
