You are a Project Manager, Interiors at Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd. with over 24 years of expertise in architecture, construction, and interiors. You will be based at our Virudhunagar location with some work from home flexibility. Your primary responsibility is to oversee interior design projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors. You will be responsible for managing logistics, expediting processes, conducting inspections, and providing progress reports. Your role is crucial in blending innovation, functionality, and aesthetics to bring clients" dream projects to life. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Project Management and Logistics Management skills. Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles is essential. Proficiency in conducting inspections and maintaining quality control is a must. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are key to success. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
