About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager

The role requires close coordination with government departments, implementation partners, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for software implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives.
• Conduct daily project review meetings with IT teams and implementation partners.
• Facilitate weekly progress review meetings with departmental officials and senior government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government departments, field offices, and system integrators to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare periodic project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for departmental review.
• Analyze operational and MIS reports to derive insights, monitor achievements, and support informed decision-making.
• Support data collection, validation, and process improvement initiatives across departments and field offices.
• Plan and deliver user training, workshops, and capacity-building programs for departmental personnel.
• Ensure user adoption through stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting support, and continuous process improvement.
• Promote a user-friendly and citizen-centric approach in all project deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Technical Knowledge Required

The candidate should have working knowledge of:

• Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
• .NET Framework and C#
• JavaScript
• Bootstrap
• Web APIs
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working on

  Government Projects, e-Governance Initiatives, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Government Departments

  will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing software implementation, system modernization, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage.
