Project Manager

Job Title:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end project execution

  , including planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure.
• Supervise cross-functional teams across

  civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines

  to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Create and manage

  project schedules

  , resource plans, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with

  clients, contractors, vendors

  , and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
• Track project progress through

  daily/weekly reports

  , site visits, and performance KPIs.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in

  cost control

  , vendor billing, and basic financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all

  quality, safety, and regulatory standards

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct

  review meetings

  , resolve conflicts, and manage escalations with agility.
• Maintain thorough documentation including project reports, BOQs, work orders, and contractual records.
• Work closely with senior leadership to report project status and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in

  Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

  .
• 46 years of proven experience in

  project execution, coordination, and team management

  , preferably in EPC or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of

  project workflows

  , execution methodologies, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  ; working knowledge of

  MS Project

  or equivalent tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of

  project finances

  , budgeting, and vendor billing processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage

  multiple sites

  , travel as required, and work under deadlines.
