Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end technical project delivery on native mobile platforms, such as iOS or Android. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products that align with business goals. You will lead project planning, team coordination, and communication efforts, utilizing Agile, Scrum, or other appropriate methodologies. Key responsibilities include: - Leading technical project delivery across mobile or web platforms, with a specific emphasis on native iOS or Android applications - Managing project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables, and ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards - Collaborating with developers, QA, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to facilitate project success - Serving as the main point of contact for project updates, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution - Conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to track progress and performance - Mentoring and guiding junior project managers or team leads as required To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with native mobile development (iOS with Swift/Objective-C or Android with Kotlin/Java) - Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex software projects - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or Notion If you are an experienced and highly organized individual with a passion for leading technical projects and driving successful outcomes, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding Technical Project Manager position.,
