Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities with a total contract value of up to 500K. Your primary focus will be to ensure project success by delivering the agreed scope within the specified timeline and budget. By effectively coordinating project resources, activities, and risks, you will enhance customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining positive business relationships - Communicate regularly with customers, addressing their needs with empathy - Define project activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, and budget - Anticipate and manage project risks, developing contingency plans - Implement governance models for project success - Track and report project KPIs for analysis and improvement - Mentor individuals and teams for enhanced engagement and capability development - Implement software delivery methodologies to optimize project performance Measures of Success: - Sprint velocity and team productivity - Planned schedule versus actual timeline - Planned effort versus actual effort - Planned cost versus actual expenditure - Retention rate of team members - Quality of product delivery and defect management - Risk management effectiveness - Customer and team satisfaction levels Expected Outputs: - Scope management including requirements analysis and change control - Estimation and resource planning based on technical evaluation and project needs - Project and schedule management for multiple small projects/modules - Risk and issue management with proactive identification and resolution - Stakeholder management through effective communication and role definition - Test and defect management for system integration and quality assurance - Governance implementation tailored to project quality requirements - Profitability analysis and management based on resource planning - Pricing model definition and estimation for complex projects In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to actively participate in knowledge management initiatives, account management processes, solution structuring, and team development activities. Your expertise in project management, technology concepts, profitability analysis, pricing models, and stakeholder engagement will be critical for project success and customer satisfaction. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology and 3 years in management, and have strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.,
