Project Manager I - C++

As a Technical Project Manager at UST, you will be responsible for managing a single project with a TCV of up to 500K, ensuring the successful delivery of the agreed scope within the timeline and cost. Your role will involve identifying key stakeholders, maintaining positive business relationships, and communicating regularly with customers to address their needs effectively. You will be required to define project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills, interfaces, and budget while optimizing costs, minimizing waste, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Risk management and implementing governance models for projects will be essential aspects of your role. To measure project outcomes, you will track project KPIs, analyze project health, and implement software delivery methodologies to improve project performance. Providing individual and team mentoring to enhance team capabilities and engagement will also be a key responsibility. Your role will involve managing scope, conducting requirements analysis, estimation, resource planning, project scheduling, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, test and defect management, software development process tools and techniques, and governance. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in profitability management, pricing models, knowledge management, account management processes, solution structuring, self-development, organizational initiatives, and team development. Skills such as impact and influence, project planning, communication, delegation, and team management will be crucial for success in this role. You will play a pivotal role in driving account management KPIs, collaborating with other projects, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Your ability to assess project health, participate in forums, share best practices, and foster innovation within the team will be essential for achieving project goals.
