Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in high-rise buildings, located in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of high-rise building projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Tasks include expediting processes, coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely inspections, and managing logistics to ensure the project's completion within the specified timeframe and budget.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Expertise in Inspection processes and protocols
• Logistics Management skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in high-rise building projects is a plus
