Job Profile:

We seek an adept Project Manager (Civil) to oversee all aspects of our project, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety from

inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills.

• Detailed program development for a building construction project, capturing all the activities on-site and off-site.
• Development of procurement and construction strategies.
• Identification of contractors, manufacturers, material supplier, and any other party as required for project execution. Shortlisting, contract signing and onboarding of the relevant parties.
• Complete cost tracking, capturing the deviation compared to plan with logical explanations.
• Actively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to understand the project requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cost and construction management experience with degree in civil engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent people skills and communication skills
