Ensure coordination with stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within timelines and the budgeted value with quality specifications being maintained Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required Responsible for forecasting of cost (financial parameter) and its monitoring Prepare and maintain documents like project progress reports, invoices, budget, timesheets, project team deputation records, Project KPI's etc. Keep track of MIS reports/ Job Cost Reports Conduct risk evaluation and identify risk mitigation strategy in consultation with the team Ensure variation analysis are carried out and corrective actions taken Manage all amendments to contracts for vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors Ensure Close out all works/records at project completion stage Ensure as part of Risk Management that risk registers are maintained and mitigation plan is drafted and implemented Compliance management legal, safety, health, statutory etc Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation including lessons learned, best practices, and project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
