This role is responsible for leading project governance, standardizing project management processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve operational performance, and deliver high-impact projects that support business growth. Responsibilities: PMO Leadership & Governance: Establish and maintain the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Develop project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to operations. Create standardized templates, workflows, and reporting structures for project tracking. Drive governance and compliance by defining project approval processes and performance metrics. Project & Program Management: Lead high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Monitor and report project progress to senior leadership, identifying roadblocks and solutions. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability through structured project management. Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide guidance and training on project management best practices to relevant teams. Act as a liaison between corporate leadership, field teams, and external vendors to ensure project success. Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation within the PMO and broader operations team. Requirements: Proven experience in project management with a focus on governance, efficiency, and operational improvements. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Qualification Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a retail, multi-unit operations, or automotive services environment. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred. Comfortable working in the night shift. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup.
